PAC Triathlon 

PAC Triathlon provides high-quality coaching and training for junior and youth triathletes across Victoria. Our program focuses on developing confident, skilled, and well-rounded athletes in a safe and supportive environment.We offer a mix of face-to-face squad sessions, online coaching, and specialised clinics that build skills in swimming, cycling, and running — as well as key triathlon transitions and race-day strategy. Training is age-appropriate, progressive, and designed to help each athlete reach their potential while enjoying the sport.

 

Our sessions include:

Open Water & Swim Technique – Confidence, sighting, and race-start skills.

Cycling & Brick Sessions – Group riding, bike handling, and transition practice.

Run Sessions – Speed, endurance, and pacing development.

Coaching & Mentoring – Guidance on race planning, goal setting, and sportsmanship.With expert coaches and a strong team culture,

Who Is This Program For & How to Join

The PAC Junior Triathlon Program is for young athletes (typically 15 years and older) who are passionate about developing as triathletes and committed to reaching their full potential.
It’s also perfect for strong single-sport athletes — runners, swimmers, or cyclists — who are ready to take the next step into triathlon.

Our program focuses on skill development, smart training, and building confidence in a supportive, high-performance environment.

How to Join

Step 1: Expression of Interest
Submit an Expression of Interest through the Peak Athlete Coaching website. This helps us get to know you — your background, goals, and what you’d like to achieve.

Step 2: Application Form
You’ll receive an Application Form via email. Fill this out with as much detail as possible about your current training, race experience, and goals.

​

Step 3: Meet the Coach
We’ll arrange a short online or in-person meeting to make sure the program is the right fit for the athlete. This is a relaxed chat about your goals, schedule, and what to expect from training with PAC.
