🌟 What is PEAK Academy? 🌟

PAC Academy is a fun, fast-paced after-school running program designed for students in Years 3 to 6.

Our sessions combine athletics, games, and sport-specific fitness to help young athletes run better, move smarter, and build confidence – on and off the field.

What We Work On

Each session blends 4 key elements:

🏃‍♂️ Endurance – pacing, breathing, stamina-building
⚡ Sprint Power – explosive starts, speed over short distances
🔁 Running Drills & Technique – posture, rhythm, and mechanics
🎯 Game-Based Training

Our sessions help students improve for cross country, athletics, and also for field and court sports like:

AFL, Soccer, Netball, Basketball, Tennis, Hockey, and many more.

Meet the Coach

Nick Haddon

Nick Haddon is a qualified teacher and one of Victoria’s most experienced youth coaches.

✔️ 15 years as a Primary School Head of Sport
✔️ Athletics Australia & Triathlon Australia Accredited Coach
✔️ First Aid trained and fully insured
✔️ Coached athletes to State Championships in:

Middle Distance, Jumps & Throws

✔️ Coached multiple athletes to SSV Nationals & Track & Field National Medals

Nick also leads high-level triathlon and running squads through Peak Athlete Coaching and serves as a Victorian State Team Coach at National level events.
